Jacqui Calderwood - Case Manager
Jacqui has been working as a Mortgage and Protection Administrator since 2016 with vast expertise in this area. She looks after each case and supports both the client and the advisor, through each step of the process.
She has worked in customer service roles previously, latterly at RBS. Jacqui works very closely with the mortgage adviser and manages customer cases from application to completion, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained throughout the whole process.
When Jacqui's not in the office she's spending quality time with her family, she has two young children Ella & Parker who keep her busy.
